Sept 20th Rally Committee List
Below is a list of different responsibilities. This list is not only what needs to be done, but it is a start. Please
look at the list and decide what area you can take care of. I will handle contacting Earnie in regards to food
setup, location and band arrangements. Get back to me asap so we can begin getting this underway.
Remember, everyone needs to do their part to make this first event a huge success.
Poker Run
Planning the ride, contacting perspective stop locations, application forms/disclaimer sheet
card draw and monitoring best hand.
Sponsor packages
Design three different sponsor packages (Gold/Silver/Bronze badge), cover sheet explaining event
and where proceeds will be going.
Auction
Gathering items to be auctioned off, display items, collection of funds.
T-Shirt Sponsors
Locate best pricing, obtain sponsor’s artwork, order and pick up shirts
50/50 raffle
Obtain ticket, sell tickets, and conduct drawing
Advertisement
Design flyers, pass out and public service announcement via radio
